บ้านพักอาศัยสองชั้น รูปแบบล้านนาประยุกต์ (บ้านจีน่า)

รูปแบบการวางผังเป็นรูปตัวยู H เพื่อแบ่งพื้นที่การใช้งานให้เป็นสัดส่วน และเป็นการเน้นพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของบ้าน คือสระน้ำ และลานอเนกประสงค์ ซึ่งมีแนวคิดในการนำรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมล้านนา

มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของพื้นที่พื้นที่ชั้นสองนั้นมีระเบียงรอบห้องพัก

เพื่อให้ผู้อยู่อาศัยสามารถมองเห็นทัศนียภาพได้รอบทิศทาง และทำให้พื้นที่ต่างๆได้รับแสงธรรมชาติเข้ามาในอาคาร

Lanna Style's two story House

the planing of this house design like H shape to emphasize the central area of the house such as the pool and courtyard.
The main inspiration of the design is Lanna architectural style and respect the site context.
On second floor has a balcony around the room to provide residents with sweeping views from all directions
and the house get the in-direct light from outside.
